Welcome to CANTYOU. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY
There is no minimum age requirement to use this platform. Any individual may register and sell products on CANTYOU.

If you are under the age of 18 ("Minor"), you may use the platform only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian agrees to be fully responsible for all activities, content, and legal obligations arising from the Minor's use of the platform.

2. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Vendors are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, or sell on the platform. By using CANTYOU, vendors agree that their products:

• Do not promote discrimination based on caste, religion, race, gender, or any other protected category
• Do not contain unlawful, harmful, misleading, or offensive material
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

Any violation of these requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor. In the case of a minor, such responsibility shall extend to the parent or legal guardian.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CANTYOU operates solely as an intermediary platform that enables vendors to sell their products. CANTYOU does not create, review, or endorse vendor-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CANTYOU shall not be held liable for:

• Any content uploaded or sold by vendors
• Any legal consequences arising from such content
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform

4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the CANTYOU platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CANTYOU ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and the Vendor ("you" or "your"). By registering as a vendor on CANTYOU, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. AGE POLICY
There is no minimum age requirement to register as a vendor on the Platform.

If you are under the age of 18 ("Minor"), you may use the Platform only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian agrees to be fully responsible for all activities, content, and legal obligations arising from the Minor's use of the Platform.

2. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for all content, products, and materials that you create, upload, publish, or sell on the Platform. You agree that your content:

• Does not promote discrimination based on caste, religion, race, gender, or any other protected category
• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Does not contain harmful, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material

3. LEGAL LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences arising from it
• In the case of a Minor, such responsibility extends to the parent or legal guardian
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CANTYOU, its owners, affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your content or use of the Platform

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CANTYOU shall not be held liable for any vendor-generated content or any legal consequences arising from such content.

4. PLATFORM ROLE
CANTYOU operates solely as an intermediary platform that enables vendors to list and sell their products. CANTYOU does not create, review, approve, or endorse vendor content.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By registering or using the Platform as a vendor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
